Dlc is installed but wont download ps4

Turn off feature to install PS4 games to external drive in the settings. Delete game from system and download to PS5 internal hard drive. Next download DLC after game has installed fully, after you can transfer full game to external hard drive.  · It says it is in the queue to download, but its the only one in the line. Everytime i hit the poster for the dlc, the option to download just doesnt exist. As the title says, i bought the DlC the other day. Im on ps4. My gamertag is HalfmanHalfamazn. So i downloaded the update and it will not let me access the new dlc. I have the season pass and it says i have to purchase it. bit stupid now have 2 wait over hour to download install. For games you have DLC for, click on the game then go to the addon section and you can download DLC from there. Also if you do it via the library on PS4 it will also say if the DLC is installed or not (it won't let you download it again if it's already installed). The PS4 states that the Vampire DLC was downloaded successfully, but when I get into the Sims game it states that I need to download the Vampire pack in order to use the content. I deleted the original download of the Vampire pack and installed through the game, but still nothing.

PS4 DLC/Add Ons won't download on external HD. Question. We all know the ps5 is limited in hard drive space. I bought the 4 TB seagate external to put all my ps4. There could be an issue with the licenses.
